Overview

Planning Commission assists Council in preparing and updating the Borough’s Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance; and reviews and makes recommendations on zoning change petitions, subdivision and land development applications, and related land use matters.
